Executive Express is a revolutionary  concept for the business traveler.  We at Executive Express, have taken the concepts of luxury, security, and productivity, and combined them with our industry linking point to point inter city travel. The end result is an executive appointed SUV  vehicle equipped with all the amenities a commuting professional  requires in order to work comfortably and efficiently.   Our unique scheduled service allows clients to be more productive while commuting in comfort  between Alberta's two largest city centers. 

The Executive Express revolutionary vehicle design allows for group sizes of 1-8 passengers and is designed so that independent groups can occupy individual compartments.  This translates into more billable hours, and mobile office capability so that clients can prepare for cases, hold meetings, or rehearse presentations with confidentiality and comfort.

Executive Express currently operates a daily scheduled service from Calgary to Edmonton departing Calgary in the morning and returning to Calgary in the Afternoon.  This service is unique, a must for the business commuter.    Compartments of 4 seats sell for $299.00 and there are 2 compartments in the vehicle. Configured to  maximize the productive potential of individuals or groups while commuting, it is the ideal setting in which to hold a meeting while on route to your meeting.

For lawyers and consultants it allows for a mobile office so that you can maintain contact with clients and maintain billable hours.  Travel time is just under 3 hours which is within 15 min of an on time airline flight. 

Our prices breakdown as follows per passenger based on our compartment rate:

• 1 passenger = $299.00
• 2 passengers = $149.00
• 3 passengers = $99.00
• 4 passengers = $74.75

Having picked a random day of 27 October for a round trip to Edmonton, the fare came to $316.00. Round trip taxi fare from the Edmonton International is $100.00. This equates to roughly $400.00 for one person and $700.00 for two. This does not include the intangibles such as Calgary airport parking as well as the fact that no real business or productive time is available when commuting by the airlines.

Our compartment concept allows for greater flexibility in terms of times and locations for pick up and drop off.

In addition to our scheduled service, Executive Express is also available for charters.  This means your group can enjoy the flexibility of setting their own schedule and destinations within Alberta.  This luxury was once only the domain of private  aircraft charter.
